Bladebinge Shipping Policy

When an item is purchased on the Bladebinge platform, sellers are required to ship within 72 hours of payment notification. Shipping costs will be displayed per item at checkout and are to be covered by the buyer unless otherwise noted in the listing. Sellers will oftentimes list their items with "Free Shipping". In this case, shipping charges are deducted from seller payout.

If your order has not shipped within this time period, we ask that you first contact your seller via private message. If the seller fails to respond, please contact us at shipsupport@bladebinge.com. This may result in order cancellation, seller account review or suspension. An order is only considered "shipped" when the label receives a scan from the carrier.
